The first MCR website was created in 2001 by Dave Robinson, written in ASP with
an Access database. It was moved to a faster server and revised substantially
by Wendy Vandoolaeghe.
It has existed in its current form since early 2006, when it was redesigned and
rewritten in PHP/MySql by Andrew Naish, for compatibility with its new home on
the SRCF server.
